1. All entries must be based on the following themes.

2. Entrants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is based on a different theme as above mentioned.
3. Only college students are allowed to participate.
4. The entries are to be handled over in person to the Co-ordinators’ of the Event before 9.30 am on the day of event
5. Three best photographs will be chosen, one each from the three main themes.
6. Prizes will be awarded for the three best photographs and no participation certificates will be issued.
7. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges, whose decision will be final. No correspondence will be exchanged to discuss the merits and demerits of images that are not selected.
8. The decision of the judges with respect to the model of the prizes shall be final and no dispute shall be entertained in this regard.

1. All photos must be of the size approximately 8” x 6” (at least) taken on photographic paper.

2. Soft copies of each photograph should be submitted along with the submission of the hard copy.
3. The photo must have a white border. The theme of the photograph must be printed on the top border. The name of the entrant and his contact number must be printed on the bottom border.
4. The photograph should be taken by the contestant and no violations in copyright are permitted.
5. Works or modifications done on any Photo Editing Software like Photoshop, CorelDraw etc… is NOT allowed.
6. Violation of the above mentioned requirements will lead to disqualification.
